Guidelines for reconnecting to I-choice service
If for any reason a connection to your I-choice service is not achievable, please follow the subsequent simple steps.
STEP 1 :
(modem synchronization)
Check if your modem is synchronized. In order for your modem to be synchronized, the light signal ADSL SYNC located at the front of your modem should be turned on. If not, please check that all the cables to and from your modem are correctly and completely inserted (Cable from telephone line to the modem, cable from the modem to your personal computer (PC) and power cable). If after completing these tests, the light signal ADSL SYNC is still switched off (the light signal will blink at first and then should remain permanently on) please contact our telephone support at 8000 0197 (choice 3). STEP 2::
(download and run program)
After downloading and saving the appropriate file
for windows NT/ XP/ 2000/ 2003 or the file for windows 98 se on your PC, any day prior to a disconnection of your i-choice service, please run the corresponding file by simply double clicking on it, and following the instructions ( to run the program press any key. To close the program, follow the same procedure). The IP address of your computer must begin with 10.X.X.X. If your IP address is different please contact customer support at 8000 0197 (choice 3).
STEP 3:
(reconnect by logging in on the i-choice page (www.i-choice.com.cy) and then on your internet provider page).
Open your browser and type www.i-choice.com.cy in the address bar field and press enter. When the web page you requested is loaded please register your username and password, and following press the "submit" button. If you have mistyped your "username" or "password", you will receive an error message. Please press the "Back" button for returning to the initial page, and try again.
If you login successfully, the "Services" page will appear with a list of the available Service Providers. Please select the ISP of your choice by clicking once on the appropriate banner.
If after these three steps, you continue to experience
problems please contact our telephone support at 8000 0197 (choice
3).
