Entering log-in page

Typing the address http://www.i-choice.com.cy in your browser, will bring you to the login screen of the service selection pages of -choice (as shown below). Please enter here your -choice "user name" and "password" given to you by CYTA. This, will enable you to enter the -choice service selection pages and have access to the various Services.

Please note that the service selection pages are best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

If the wrong "username" and/or "password" are entered, you will get an error message saying that the "username" and/or "password" are incorrect. Press the "back" button to go to the login page for re-trying.

It is important to note that for enhanced security, your "username" & "password" are now associated with your particular -choice telephone line. Therefore, if you own multiple -choice accounts, you should excercise care to provide the correct -choice "username" and "password" related to the particular line. If you do not, the system will not allow you to proceed and you will get an error message saying that you are not allowed to connect from this particular location.

If you login successfully, the list of services available to you will appear as shown below.

Connecting to a Service Provider

If Service Providers are defined in your personal profile, they will appear in the first page you see after you login, which is the "Services" page. Clicking a service logo or name will connect you to the respective service provider. A new browser window opens and the introductory or login page of the respective service provider appears. Note that some service providers, may require that you enter a username and a password provided by them.

Disconnecting from a Service Provider

To disconnect from a service provider, you have to click on "Disconnect" appearing opposite the respective service provider in the "Services" page. Alternatively, by logging out, all services will be automatically disconnected.

Entering i-choice for the first time

When you enter the -choice site for the first time or if you did not define any services in your profile yet, a message saying that the sevices in your profile were not set will appear. Follow the instructions in the next sections to set your profile.

Adding a service to your profile

To add a service provider in your personal profile, click "Profile" and from the drop-down menu, select "Services Profile". You are then directed to the service selection page, where all services available to you are shown.

You can activate a service by checking the checkbox near the service logo and inserting the "username" and "password" given to you by the respective service provider. Please note that if the particular provider has his own login page, for additional security it is better to avoid inserting the provider's "username" and "password" in the -choice fields. Instead, you may insert any other text.

Then click the "submit" button at the bottom of the page in order to save the changes you have made.

Removing a service from the profile

To remove a service provider from your profile, you just need to uncheck the checkbox near the service logo and click on the "submit" button to save changes. The username and password will be removed automatically from the database.

Modify i-choice Password

To modify your -choice password click "Profile" and from the drop-down menu, select "Personal Preferences". You are directed to the "Personal Preferences" page shown below, which allows you to change your -choice password.

Fill-in all the appropriate fields and press the "submit" button to save the changes you have made.

Change your language of preference

In the "Personal Preferences" page you can also change the language you prefer the -choice pages to appear every time you login. Select you language of preference from the drop-down menu next to "Change Language to:". By pressing the "submit" button the change is effected.

Logout Confirmation

By clicking on the "Logout" button you can disconnect from the -choice service. This procedure will disconnect you from all open services and end your work session.

Help

By clicking on the Help button , a pop-up window will give you information about the use of the current page.

Bandwidth Meter

Use the Bandwidth Meter to gauge your connection to the CYTA -choice network in real-time. The result shows you the data download speed on your browser, from the CYTA -choice site (service selection pages). This helps you realize the capability of your adsl connection and compare the data rate you receive by the various internet destinations.

Change of Language on-line

The default working language is the one chosen in your personal preferences. To change the language online, (i.e. while you are working) simply click on the flag (Greek/English according to the current working language enviroment)
